Græskar - 2010...startskuddet er gået

På utallige opfordringer, dynger af fanbreve og under stor bevågenhed af den danske paparazzi-presse, starter vi op igen.

Sidste år formåede vi, som alle de gamle læsere med kuldegysninger erindre, at producere et KÆMPEGRÆSKAR...eller ihvertilfald et græskar af sorten Atlantic Giant...at græskarret så måske var Danmarks mindste af sin art, behøver vi måske ikke trampe rundt i...ihvertilfald var vi ikke repræsenteret til den gloriøse og pompakte græskarafslutning, inde i Tivoli.

Men kampen er ikke slut - sidste år vandt Ludvig Krag, med et dansk græskar på 275 kilo, 60 kilo under danmarksrekorden...1.000 gange større end vores. :-X

Men i år...lad os bare sige, vi har planer om at deltage i Tivolis konkurrence, og foran hele den danske befolkning, ja - foran dronningen, den tyske kansler og Englands nye premierminister - præsentere et græskar, de kunne spænde heste foran, og blive kørt hjem i.

But first things first...:

Jeg har plantet 4 af ovenstående frø, i en krukke, vandet dem...så nu er det bare at vente. Hvis at går efter planen, får jeg minimum 2 planter - disse vil blive sat i forhaven, som derved vil blive omdannet til græskarmark. Da det er et relativt nyt kvartér vi bor i, vil denne mark blive til offentlig skue...og så skal der altså helst nogle ordentlige basser på, før det bliver rigtig sjovt.
